Over the past 10 years with our firm, Charlie has grown into a trusted leader, project manager, and impactful communicator. After earning his architectural license last year, he has continued to elevate our firm, growing and maintaining key client relationships, strengthening team collaboration, and contributing meaningfully to our firm culture. Charlie has taken an important internal leadership role by guiding our young professionals, serving as a liaison for graduates navigating the licensure process, and communicating to leadership when additional resources and study materials are needed for success.
Beyond the office, he's actively involved in AIA Alabama and the ACE Mentorship Program, reflecting his commitment to the profession. Kind, thoughtful, and a natural teacher, Charlie makes those around him better every day. We're grateful for his dedication and excited to see his continued impact as an Associate.
