Welcome Ashley Powers to BPA as the Marketing Director!
We are excited to introduce our new marketing director, Ashley, to the BPA team. With eight years of experience in digital marketing covering many industries, she brings new perspectives and exciting ideas to the team.

Hometown: Lafayette, LA
Education: Louisiana State University, Bachelor in Mass Communication
Where are you from, and what brought you to Birmingham?
I’m originally from Louisiana and met my now husband while living in New Orleans. He moved to Birmingham and my parents had moved to the area, as well. It only felt right to move, too! My husband and I got married and moved once more to Tennessee before deciding we wanted to move back to Birmingham and settle down here.
What do you like to do in your spare time/ what hobbies do you have?
I love to keep up with pop culture or anything trending. You can usually find me listening to pop culture podcasts, reading books that are soon to be made into movies, watching the newest hit shows on Netflix everyone is talking about, etc.
Lightning Round:
Coffee Order- Usually something sweet and iced. My most recent favorite is the honey cinnamon latte from O’Henry’s next to the office.
Hidden Talent- I enjoy baking sourdough bread for my family and friends to enjoy.
Dream Travel Destination- I’d love to travel to and explore Japan one day!
Fun Fact- I went to the taping of the Cupid Shuffle music video in fifth grade, and I am featured for a second in the very beginning of the video.
