The scope of this project was the renovation of an existing one story building for medical use. Approximately 7,000 sf of the space is built-out for a Vein Clinic with the remaining space to be shelled for a future use. The construction scope included interior renovations, addition, and new exterior facade in order to house the Vein Clinic and Wellness Center.
