BPA reimagined an existing one-story building to create a modern, patient-focused medical facility for Varicosity Vein Center. The 7,000-square-foot renovation included a full interior build-out for the clinic, while additional space was shelled for future expansion.

The design introduced a new exterior facade, giving the building a refreshed, contemporary presence that reflects the high level of care provided within. Interior renovations focused on creating a welcoming and efficient environment, with thoughtfully planned treatment areas, consultation rooms, and support spaces tailored for vascular and wellness services.
