This project included a three-phase renovation of the 1st Floor of the Mervyn H. Sterne Library - located on the University of Alabama Birmingham campus. Completing the project in three phases allowed for library operations to continue without interruption. The renovation work included a cafe, a large information commons, a writing center, a center for teaching and learning, modified toilets, and upgraded user space.
