Over the course of eight years, BPA meticulously designed, constructed, and outfitted the ambulatory surgery center, an expansion to the existing St. Vincent's One Nineteen Health and Wellness campus. The initial phase, completed in 2016, included the construction of the building shell and ground floor, featuring a public lobby and a connecting corridor to the Wellness Center. This phase also saw the creation of four operating rooms, three GI procedure rooms, necessary support spaces, and physician offices. A seamless aesthetic integration with the existing structure was achieved through careful attention to form, lighting, color palette, and textural elements.

From 2016 to 2022, additional renovations focused on the facility's second floor. Specialist physician offices were completed in 2019 and 2021, while an outpatient Sleep Lab with six hospitality-styled bedrooms was finished in 2021. In 2022, a new GI Lab was relocated to the second floor. These renovations were driven by the success of the ASC, which required expansion to accommodate increasing patient volumes. The campus now features the Sister's Garden, an outdoor gathering and meditation space that strengthens the connection between the Wellness Center and Clinical Services, emphasizing holistic patient well-being.
