Architect – Project Manager

Birchfield Penuel Architects is seeking an experienced Project Manager/Architect to join our team.   

Project Manager/Architect Role Responsibilities: 

  • Lead the functional and conceptual design process. 

  • Manage the project and design to ensure that all team members work effectively to maintain the project schedule and meet client needs.   

  • Management of production teams and consultants from design to construction. 

  • Produce and review production drawings and specifications. 

  • Coordinate all aspects of project documentation and technical information within the project team and externally with clients, vendors, and other design professionals. 

  • Interact with clients and user groups during meetings and design presentations. 

  • Be responsible for the accuracy and quality of all technical work on the project. 

Minimum Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture from an accredited architecture program. 

  • Architectural Licensure preferred. 

  • A minimum of 5-15 years of experience as a Project Architect/Project Manager 

  • Proficiency in using Revit and/or AutoCAD Software to produce design and construction documents. 

Bonus Qualifications: 

  • Experience with Healthcare, Institutional, or Governmental clients.
