Birchfield Penuel Architects is seeking an experienced Project Manager/Architect to join our team.
Project Manager/Architect Role Responsibilities:
Lead the functional and conceptual design process.
Manage the project and design to ensure that all team members work effectively to maintain the project schedule and meet client needs.
Management of production teams and consultants from design to construction.
Produce and review production drawings and specifications.
Coordinate all aspects of project documentation and technical information within the project team and externally with clients, vendors, and other design professionals.
Interact with clients and user groups during meetings and design presentations.
Be responsible for the accuracy and quality of all technical work on the project.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture from an accredited architecture program.
Architectural Licensure preferred.
A minimum of 5-15 years of experience as a Project Architect/Project Manager
Proficiency in using Revit and/or AutoCAD Software to produce design and construction documents.
Bonus Qualifications:
Experience with Healthcare, Institutional, or Governmental clients.
